• 2 oz Perle hops

Apple pine cocktail:

• 1 part Bourbon
• 1 part unfiltered red apple juice
• 1 dash cinnamon pine tincture
• Garnished with pine tips

American Pale Ale:

• 20 lbs 2-row barley
• 2 lbs Crystal 60L malt
• 4 oz Northern Brewer hops

• Freshly squeeze orange juice
• Pine tincture

Black Ice and blackberry cocktail:

• 1 part vodka

• 1 chunk blackberry black ice
• Garnished with a blackberry

• 2 lbs black patent malt
• 2 oz Czech saaz hops
• American ale yeast

Charcoal lemonade:

• Fresh squeezed lemon juice
• Activated charcoal
• Sugar
• Sparkling water

 

F.B.I.

Aphrodisiac cocktail:

• 1 part rose infused vodka
• 1/2 part amaretto
• 2 parts pomegranate soda
• Splash of aphrodisiac tincture of ginseng, maca, and horny goat weed
• Garnished with fenugreek

Szechuan pepper saison:

• 20 lbs 2-row barley
• 2 oz Czech saaz hops
• Saison yeast
• 1 tbsp Szechuan pepper

Sparkling chamomile hop tea:

• 4 oz Cascade hops
• 4 oz Chamomile
• Sparkling water

Fermented ginger cocktail:

• 1 part fermented ginger tonic
• Splash of simple syrup
